(The only exception: we will accomodate landlords with multiple properties in Riverside County as long as at least one property is in Menifee.)

3. We maintain the ONLY website dedicated specifically to houses for rent in Menifee. (The City of Menifee includes the areas of: Sun City, Romoland & Quail Valley.)

4. You pay only for the services you need, and offer 4 different packages to choose from. (No up front fees.)

5. We have a team of licensed professionals, working together for your benefit, who truly care. (We take the time to listen to your needs and the needs of potential renters to try to make the best match possible.)

4.    MONTHLY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE
        $95 per month if property rents for over $1500
        $85 per month if property rents for $1000-1499
        $75 per month if property rents for less than $1000

We do not charge monthly service amounts for periods of vacancy, and there are NO HIDDEN FEES!
