Larry Nemelka (by his daughter, Marci)

Dad's Number One Love (besides mom) is the Boy Scouts of America. A police officer for over 15 years, he came quickly to the realization that, simply put, scouting keeps boys out of trouble. For 45 years Dad has been involved in many scouting troops, most of the time in the Santa Ana/Garden Grove/Anaheim area and particularly with the Samoan, Tongan and Hispanic Boy Scout troops. He is currently supporting the leadership in four Boy Scout Troops in Orange County and here in Menifee. Dad spends a lot of time with the older scouts, and to-date, he has helped 25 boys (and counting) to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout, including his two oldest grandsons, Paul and Seth. Last summer he has organized and fund-raised one of his favorite scouting events, a white-water rafting trip down the Colorado River for a group of 85 scouts.
Dad's life has been an example of service: I can't begin to count the hundreds of firework stands, luaus, international dinners, car washes, silent auctions, marathons, and garage sales he has organized so that underprivilaged boys could attend Scout camp, river trips, hunting, fishing and community service projects. Just thinking about them makes me tired... yet dad remains tireless.
Dad and mom have been married for 48 years. They have four children and 12 grandchildren. Dad is a wonderful cook, makes the best turkey with sausage stuffing, and his chicken noodle soup has been known to cure any illness!
Dad has been a real estate agent for over 16 years. His background is in law enforcement, insurance, securities and investments. What Dad brings to Team Dad & Daughters is his many years of experience, his knowledge of the real estate industry, his caring nature, and his million-dollar smile.
Cynthia Aina (by her sister, Tricia)

Cynthia is one of those people that you like immediately. She is really interested in people and she really cares. She is also a lot of fun. Cynthia loves to dance, sing Karaoke, and cook, and as a result throws great parties. Although short, she is a killer on the Volleyball court and is the only person I know who will kick off her high heals and play barefoot in a skirt to get a kids game of kickball underway.
She has three wonderful children, with her oldest son, Paul, currently serving a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Zurich, Switzerland.
Cynthia inherited Dad's ability to fundraise; she once single-handedly funded a high school volleyball program by selling snow-cones. Cynthia also is dedicated to service. She is very involved in the community, has coached youth Volleyball teams, and continually offers support to a variety of organizations including the American Cancer Society's "Relay for Life" here in Menifee, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Menifee Lakes Women's Association.
On Dad's urging, Cynthia obtained her license in 2004, after the attorney she worked for, for over 18 years, decided he'd rather "surf the world" and closed the office. After moving to Riverside County and seeing all of the growth potential in the Inland Empire and the affordability factor here, she knew this is where she wanted to be. Cynthia works hard for her clients -- I have seen her paint rooms and mow lawns to help sell a client's house. What Cynthia brings to Team Dad & Daughters is her outgoing nature, her creativity, her tenacity, and the fact that she really does care about people.
Marci Roberts (by her sister, Cynthia)

Marci is the youngest and cutest in the family, with the exception of her two little boys, Max and Zach, who can turn a frown upside down, like nobody's business. Marci coerced her husband Mike, into leaving his highly coveted place on the Tuscon Police Department SWAT team, to move to Menifee to be closer to the family. Due to Michael's years of experience and expertise, he easily transfered to the Riverside Police Department. And with that move, "Team Dad & Daughters" was born.
Marci has worked many years in the service industry, so she knows that excellent customer service is the key to the success of any business. She is a great listener, easily tuning into the needs of our clients, and follows up to make sure those needs are fulfilled. She keeps the Dad and I on track in accomplishing the goals that we have set for the future of Team Dad & Daughters to help ensure that as the city of Menifee grows, will we too.
